Position: Consumer Finance Training and Support Specialist
Location: Dallas, Texas (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
The Consumer Finance Training & Support Specialist delivers, supports, and continuously improves Consumer Finance onboarding and sustainment training for West Shore Home Sales employees. This role facilitates instructor-led training, develops learning resources, supports digital learning initiatives, assists with technology readiness, and reinforces compliant Consumer Finance processes.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Deliver Consumer Finance onboarding and sustainment training for Design Consultants, Sales Leadership, and other employees as needed.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Consumer Finance training materials, presentations, videos, facilitator guides, and learner resources.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training while reinforcing approved operational processes, compliance requirements, and company standards.
Support Consumer Finance onboarding by assisting with technology readiness, system access, learner progress, and operational preparedness.
Provide troubleshooting and operational support related to Consumer Finance systems, training resources, and onboarding activities.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of training, facilitation, coaching, or adult learning experience preferred.
Consumer Finance or financial services experience preferred.
