Insurance Sales Agent (P&C & Life) – $50K–$130K+ | Training Provided

We’re hiring motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to earn, we’ll help you get licensed and succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls and prospect new clients

Sell P&C and Life insurance products

Requirements:

Licensed in General P&C and willing to obtain general life and health in 30 days

2nd Position: Onboarding & CSR Specialist

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding & CSR Specialist to support our growing insurance agency.

Pay:

$36,000 annual base salary
Up to $42,000 annually with performance-based bonuses through cross-selling and retention efforts

Responsibilities include:

Handling new client onboarding and policy setup
Processing renewals and reviewing upcoming policy expirations
Managing policy changes and updates for existing policies
Following up with clients on required documents and underwriting requirements
Assisting clients with billing questions and policy servicing
Cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients
Maintaining accurate client records in the agency system
Supporting retention efforts and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Insurance agency experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and customer needs.
Schedule appointments for sales agents and maintain appointment calendars.
Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Develop a strong understanding of company products and services.
Collaborate with sales agents and management to maximize conversion opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, call center, or telemarketing experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Number of outbound calls made daily.
