Full Job Description

Job Summary

Accolade Property Management is seeking a self-motivated Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Affordable Communities In Plano & Dallas, TX.

Goal: Will be responsible for effectively collecting and recording payments, managing accounts payable, and assisting in achieving property occupancy, income, and budgetary goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

MUST have tax credit & Yardi experience.
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Experience in an office setting (preferably in property management).
A personable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
A commitment to workplace safety.
Formal training or experience in the following areas:
Rent Roll or similar property management software.
Fair Housing Laws.
Collection and Lien Laws.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other areas such as cleaning, groundskeeping, and painting when necessary.

Responsibilities

Support administrative office functions, including policy adherence, scheduling, and report processing.
Enforce community policies.
Stay informed on competitive properties in the local market.
Collect and record rent payments and other dues; ensure timely bank deposits.
Prepare and process landlord liens and eviction procedures when necessary.
Assist with security deposit refunds and charge assessments per policy.
Help organize resident retention programs and social activities.
Supervise staff in the manager’s absence.
Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor management.
Maintain accurate resident and vendor records.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
Observe and report maintenance requests.
Track and follow up on service request completion.
Communicate daily with the manager regarding property operations.
Foster a positive team environment and promote employee morale.
Actively train for a potential property manager role.
Ensure accurate lease administration by updating resident information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
