Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee two established primary care clinics and lead the launch of a third location in the Dallas area.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a growth environment and has prior experience managing a primary care practice or group of practices. The Medical Office Manager will drive operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and expansion strategy.

Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations across two active clinic locations
Standardize workflows, policies, and performance expectations
Supervise administrative and clinical support teams
Improve patient experience, access, and operational efficiency

New Location Launch

Lead planning and execution of third clinic opening
Coordinate buildout timeline, vendors, and equipment procurement
Oversee staffing plans, onboarding, and training
Manage credentialing and payer enrollment processes
Develop launch strategy and ensure successful go-live

Financial & Revenue Oversight

Monitor budgets, revenue cycle performance, and expenses
Track KPIs including productivity, collections, and patient volume
Provide regular performance reports to ownership
Identify opportunities to improve profitability

Compliance & Quality

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and state regulations
Support quality improvement initiatives
Maintain operational documentation and accountability systems

Qualifications

3–5+ years managing a primary care practice or multi-site healthcare group
Experience opening or scaling clinical locations preferred
Strong financial acumen and revenue cycle knowledge
Proven leadership and team development skills
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
