We're seeking a highly driven, competitive business development professional who thrives on finding and winning new enterprise customers. This is a true hunter role focused on opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing strategic ITAD partnerships. The ideal candidate is energized by prospecting, confident in engaging senior decision-makers, and motivated by building new business from the ground up while representing a company whose global reach and innovative approach create a distinct competitive advantage for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise and mid-market customers with recurring ITAD and asset recovery opportunities.
Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a consistently strong pipeline capable of achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

Prospect daily into target accounts including enterprises, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, manufacturers, retailers, MSPs, VARs, systems integrators, and data center operators.
Research target organizations and identify executive decision-makers including CIOs, IT Infrastructure leaders, Data Center Managers, Procurement, Security, and Asset Management professionals.
Create and execute strategic account penetration plans that lead to qualified opportunities.

Sales Execution

Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Conduct discovery meetings, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.

Market Development

Develop new vertical markets and strategic partnerships that generate recurring revenue opportunities.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and customer meetings to expand market presence and build brand awareness.

CRM & Performance Management

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity within the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for prospecting activity, qualified opportunities, proposals, and revenue generation.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly pipeline updates.

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of winning new business.
Experience selling enterprise technology services, IT infrastructure, managed services, ITAD, hardware, logistics, or related technology solutions preferred.
Documented track record of meeting and exceeding new business quotas.

Skills

Exceptional prospecting and cold-outreach skills.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Comfortable engaging executive-level decision-makers.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge

Experience with enterprise sales methodologies and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with ITAD, data center operations, enterprise IT infrastructure, or asset lifecycle management is preferred but not required.
