SFI Safety is looking for a team member to join our organization as a SAFETY CONSULTANT to help serve our customers in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Job Objective:
A Safety Consultant assists our clients in creating a safe culture at the jobsite. They accomplish this by helping maintain safe jobsites through coaching, conducting safety training courses and performing safety inspections.
Duties:
- Coaching all workers on the jobsites to keep them safe and ensure they understand the expectations and requirements.
- Conduct safety training courses for clients to ensure a safe workplace.
- Conduct safety meetings for clients as scheduled.
- Conduct safety inspections for clients in assigned area and other areas as needed.
- Perform accident investigations and assist with OSHA inspections.
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to ensure all clients’ needs are met as required.
- Enter all safety inspections, safety trainings, safety meetings, accident investigations and OSHA inspections on the SFI Safety App.
- Resolve issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Continually improve by participating in professional development opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:
Construction knowledge, Working knowledge of CFR 1926, Thoroughness, Productivity, Dependability, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Independence, High Energy Level, Professionalism, Time Management, Self Confidence, Positivity, and Motivation for Excellence. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
