About Us
We’re building what comes next.
Memory Ventures is a 15-year-old company headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, built around a mission to empower people to preserve, store, create, and share their best moments and memories. We’ve built and elevated exceptional brands across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, fulfillment, and B2B services, and our portfolio has been recognized among the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., including two appearances on the Inc. 500 list and two on the Deloitte Fast 500.
But we’re not slowing down.
This year alone, our brands are selling millions of products directly to consumers. We recently opened our third fulfillment warehouse, are rapidly expanding Victory Lane Solutions (VLS), our 3PL business, and launched Pivotal, our proprietary warehouse management system.
We’re established enough to have the resources and experience to move fast—but entrepreneurial enough to keep questioning how things are done.
Always growing. Always evolving. Always improving.
This Is Bigger Than Running a Warehouse
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our Texas operation while helping us build the systems, processes, and standards that will shape VLS as we grow.
Texas is new, which means there is a lot to build. But you won’t be expected to figure it all out alone—or simply create a Texas playbook and hand it to everyone else.
You’ll work collaboratively with leadership and teams across our locations to develop processes, solve problems, establish best practices, and determine what great operations should look like as we scale. The goal is to build a consistent, scalable operating model together—not simply replicate one location across the country.
You’ll also have the opportunity to help build out Pivotal, our proprietary WMS, and shape a system that grows and adapts with the business. We built Pivotal because we don’t want our technology to constrain how we operate. We want it to evolve alongside us, enabling us to operate better, faster, and smarter.
The best idea wins today. It may evolve tomorrow.
We challenge assumptions, welcome better ideas, and are willing to change something that works when there’s a better way forward.
A Chance to Make an Impact
We’re looking for someone who sees opportunity everywhere.
Someone who notices an inefficient process, asks why it works that way, and starts planning how to make it better. Someone who takes ownership, uses good judgment, stays positive when things get difficult, and is energized by figuring things out rather than waiting for someone else to solve them.
We believe great leaders create clarity, lead by example, take ownership, and make the people around them better. We give our leaders the context, direction, and freedom to do their best work. Understand what we’re trying to accomplish, why it matters, and where the boundaries are—and then have the freedom to determine the best way to get there.
And we want to hear from you.
Tell us what you’ve built. Tell us about a problem you solved. Tell us about something you improved because you knew there was a better way. Tell us what you would want to tackle here.
This role gives you the opportunity to take real ownership, work closely with leadership, help shape how we operates nationally, contribute to the evolution of Pivotal, develop your team, and grow alongside a company that is still building.
If you’ve been looking for the opportunity to take on more, make a meaningful impact, and build something extraordinary, we’d love to meet you.
