Office Coordinator / Billing Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | In Office

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Vail & Park, P.C. is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Billing Specialist to support our Dallas office and play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients and team members.

Vail & Park, P.C. is a growing Texas CPA firm seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Billing Specialist to support our Dallas office.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping clients, keeping an office running smoothly, and supporting billing and administrative work with accuracy and professionalism.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do· Welcome clients, visitors, vendors, and team members· Answer calls, route inquiries, and support client communication· Manage mail, deliveries, client documents, and office correspondence· Assist with billing, invoice preparation, review, and follow-up· Support tax return assembly, processing, and client file organization· Help with scheduling, meetings, errands, and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications· 1–3 years of administrative, billing, bookkeeping, office coordination, or client service experience preferred· Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail· Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset· Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning office systems· Public accounting, professional services, or financial services experience is a plus

Compensation

$18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and skill set.
