Overview:
PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization drives PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. Within the S&T organization, the Change Management Office (CMO) furthers the S&T strategic agenda by providing change management expertise in support of PepsiCo’s “Big Bets.” The CMO leads change management for priority transformation programs by owning all facets of change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent.
We are looking for a Change Management Manager with change expertise and proven experience supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the Nexo program. This role will work with key stakeholders across a key program for our Global Legal team and will focus on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.
Responsibilities:
The Nexo Change Management Manager will:

Establish the strategic change management plan for all Regions to ensure the adoption of the Icertis application.

Strategically plan, prepare, and execute change impact sessions with each Region to address local ways of working.

Leverage established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute change interventions supporting implementation, execution, and sustainment of required business processes.

Manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network, and value realization.

Oversee the communication strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop communications materials.

Oversee the training strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop training materials.

Develop and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.

Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded.

Drive, monitor and manage change workstream delivery – ensuring key milestones are met on time.

Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.

Ensure leadership alignment to facilitate successful go-lives within each Region.

Provide guidance and insights based on past experiences with similar projects and can help provide a robust perspective on cultural impacts/process implications.

Provide CM training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with change management principles, framework and tools.

Proactively support multiple work streams to execute against the existing change plan.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.

7+ years of OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.

Experience leading Digital Transformation engagements.

Prior consulting service or significant project management experience in large scale global organizations is essential.

Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination.

Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation.

Ability to influence global, cross functional teams and achieve alignment.

Ability to interact with and influence executive leaders.

Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management.

Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and marketing.

Change management certification preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
Desired Characteristics

Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification.

Advanced skills in conceptual storytelling and ability to influence key stakeholders across multiple levels including Sr. Leadership.

Display attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe.

Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment).

Experience or exposure to Organization Design, Process Re-Design, Learning & Development/ Instructional Design preferred.
