Full Job Description

Are you interested in a job where you get to work closely with decision-makers at the highest level of a small business? We’re hiring a superb personal assistant to improve our efficiency and productivity to achieve our organizational goals. You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and performing any other duties as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys planning and has great interpersonal skills. If you are ready to start, apply today!

Compensation:

$60,000

Responsibilities:

Do other assigned tasks as needed
Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
Organize meeting spaces for guests upon arrival to make sure they feel welcome
Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes

Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Handle emails, phone calls, and document organization.
Personal Business Logistics: Run personal errands, manage expenses, and provide business-related assistance.
Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Task Prioritization: Keep Billy organized and on top of his commitments.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive business and personal information discreetly.
Tech Management: Use Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and HighLevel CRM.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal
Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly

Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (HighLevel is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
