Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Onsite – Irving, TX

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 70K - 80K Dollars / year

About the Role

Aborder Products is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company (Pet, Travel, Baby Safety, and more) based in Irving, TX. We're hiring an Office Coordinator to run day-to-day office operations and serve as the key communication link between our U.S. office and our China-based teams — reporting directly to our CEO.

Core hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 100% onsite, with occasional brief messages before or after standard hours to coordinate across the China time difference — light async check-ins, not on-call availability, and already reflected in this role's exempt salary. Late coordination the night before may mean a flexible start the next morning, though reliable daily attendance is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary communication link between the Irving office and our China-based teams — the most important part of this role.

Run daily office operations: mail, shipping/receiving, supplies, and general administrative support.

Maintain organized records, documentation, and administrative logs.

Coordinate office equipment, basic IT/network needs, and building/vendor relationships.

Manage local suppliers and service providers to keep things running smoothly.

Independently prioritize tasks by urgency and see them through to completion.

Provide light scheduling and logistics support to the CEO and team.

Qualifications & Skills

1–5 years of experience in office operations, administrative coordination, or office management.

Bachelor's degree required (Administration, Business, or Operations a plus).

Proficient with Excel, Word, email, and common office software.

Strong multitasking, follow-through, and independent judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Clear, professional written English; Mandarin is not required.
