Job Summary
At N Zone Sports, we're passionate about empowering young athletes and creating a positive, engaging environment for their growth. Our youth sports program collaborates with local preschools and elementary schools to teach kids sports, fostering teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship while they have fun. We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach, boost enrollment, and drive sales.

Job Summary:

As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the growth of our youth sports programs by developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through both digital and traditional channels. You’ll also be responsible for building strong relationships with families, schools, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase program enrollment and awareness, leveraging digital channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.) and traditional marketing tactics (flyers, local ads, event promotions, etc.).
Lead sales efforts by reaching out to prospects, converting leads, and working closely with parents, schools, and local organizations.
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) by creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success, optimize efforts, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with program coaches to understand the unique selling points of each sport and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
Develop promotional offers and partnerships with local businesses and schools to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the sports, youth education, or fitness industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with parents, kids, and local organizations.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for youth sports and helping kids succeed.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
