Job Title: CNC Machinist Apprentice
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Role Overview:
In this role, you will learn precision machining from the ground up within a production environment that serves aerospace and defense customers. You will work alongside experienced machinists and engineers to progress from machine tending and part deburring to managing setups, offsets, and running jobs independently. We are not requiring formal machining experience. Instead, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a hunger to learn a high-value trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support machinists with setups, tool changes, and machine tending
- Deburr, clean, and prep parts for inspection and shipping
- Learn to read engineering drawings and use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Progress to setting and running CNC mills and lathes under supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Log work accurately in MasonOS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and consistent reliability
- Mechanical aptitude, which can include hands-on hobbies, trades, or shop class experience
- Sharp attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
