Full Job Description

Position Summary / Purpose

Dryman Construction Group is a fast-growing restoration and general contracting company serving residential, commercial, insurance, and homebuilder clients throughout the DFW area. We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable writing accurate estimates and building lasting client relationships.

This is a hybrid role that combines estimating expertise with business development. When estimating volume is low, you'll be actively developing new referral partners, maintaining existing relationships, and helping grow our business.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Estimating

Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate.
Write estimates for:
Water Mitigation
Fire & Smoke Damage
Mold Remediation
Contents
Reconstruction
Roofing
Emergency Services
General Construction
Review scopes with project managers and technicians.
Meet with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and builders.
Prepare supplements and revisions as needed.
Ensure estimates meet industry standards and insurance carrier requirements.

Business Development

Develop new referral relationships with:
Insurance agents
Property managers
Plumbers
Homebuilders
Facility managers
Commercial clients
Maintain and strengthen existing referral partnerships.
Conduct lunch-and-learns, networking events, and sales visits.
Represent Dryman Construction Group professionally within the community.
Track sales activities and opportunities within our CRM.
Write estimates for:
Water Mitigation
Fire & Smoke Damage
Mold Remediation
Contents
Reconstruction
Roofing
Emergency Services
General Construction
Review scopes with project managers and technicians.
Meet with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and builders.
Prepare supplements and revisions as needed.
Ensure estimates meet industry standards and insurance carrier requirements.

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently write estimates one day and spend the next building relationships with referral partners. They are professional, dependable, driven, and understand both the technical side of restoration estimating and the importance of growing a business through exceptional client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
