In our organization, the Quality Clerk has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist staff with general documentation requirements, filing and document submittal preparation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Copy data books.
- Scan data books.
- Bookmark scanned files.
- Burn CD’s of data books.
- Input scanned data books into secure network drive.
- Purchase supplies for the department.
- Stock all copiers and printers daily with paper.
- Keep QC Library and Copier rooms organized.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist any and all personnel with general clerical requirements.
- Assemble product binders for customer distribution.
- Any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting and/or stooping.
