About the Role
This is not a traditional Territory Manager position.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on sales, coaching, accountability, and execution.
You will move between studios, coach sales representatives, train new hires, review performance, role-play consultations, hold teams accountable, and solve problems in real time.
Your mission is simple:
Make every studio and every sales representative in your region better.
You will oversee approximately 9 locations and take ownership of execution and performance across your region.
What You'll DoLead From the Field
Most of your work happens inside our studios. You'll:
- Observe real customer consultations
- Coach representatives between customers
- Role-play sales conversations
- Improve objection handling and closing skills
- Correct bad habits immediately
- Train new hires hands-on
- Coach Studio Managers
- Review sales performance
- Audit studio standards
- Travel between locations

You're not visiting studios just to check in.
You're there to create measurable improvement.

- Create improvements for the following week
We don't want someone who explains on Friday why the region missed its goal.
We want someone who sees the miss developing on Wednesday and takes action.

The goal isn't simply to get someone through training.
The goal is to develop salespeople who can perform.

We're not looking for someone who simply demands results.
You must know how to develop people while maintaining high standards.
You'll need to know when to:
- Push
- Teach
- Demonstrate
- Listen
- Correct
- Recognize improvement
You should be comfortable having difficult conversations while still maintaining strong relationships with your team.
Discipline + Energy + Accountability + Coaching Ability
That's the combination we're looking for.
Protect the We Whiten Standard
When you enter a studio, you're looking at the entire operation.
You'll evaluate:
- Studio cleanliness
- Professional appearance
- Required certificates and materials
- Equipment readiness
- Customer experience
- Sales-process adherence
- Overall studio standards
If something is wrong:
