Curate Construction Group is a premier provider of complete outdoor transformations for residential estates and commercial properties. Backed by years of practitioner expertise, we deliver every outdoor trade under one roof. Our in-house teams handle everything from premium rubber surfacing (Rubcorp), custom sport courts (365 Custom Courts), and luxury pools, to sitework, drainage, and landscaping. We have successfully installed over a million square feet of premium surfaces, including high-profile projects at Caesars Palace and MGM Grand.

We pride ourselves on our "Design then Build" philosophy—offering one team, one standard of craftsmanship, and one point of accountability from design visualization through the final walkthrough.

The Role

We are seeking a new team member with existing GC and HOA contacts.

We are looking for someone to generate $3m minimum in sales annually with a target of $6m

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our continued expansion in the high-end residential and commercial outdoor construction markets.

You will leverage your existing network and industry expertise to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value projects encompassing pools, custom courts, premium surfacing, and complete backyard transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities within the high-end residential and commercial sectors across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Relationship Building: Leverage and expand upon your existing network of General Contractors (GCs), Homeowners Associations (HOAs), property managers, and landscape architects to secure new partnerships and project leads.
Consultative Selling: Guide prospective clients through our "Design then Build" process, conducting site visits, understanding their vision, and presenting comprehensive, multi-trade outdoor transformation proposals.
Project Coordination: Work closely with our in-house design and construction management teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution.
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and our specialized brands (Rubcorp, Custom Courts, QuadruCare, etc.) to effectively position Curate Construction Group as the premier choice.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful outside sales or business development experience, specifically within the construction, landscaping, pool building, or premium home improvement industries.
Industry Connections (Required): Must have an established, active network of General Contractors (GCs) and Homeowners Associations (HOAs) in the DFW area.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket sales, manage a robust pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate complex construction concepts clearly to both industry professionals and homeowners.
Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel to client sites and networking events.
