The right candidate will lead a division producing approximately $750K–$1.75M annually while operating with substantial independence inside the Alterra framework.

This position combines:

You will sell projects, help shape designs, manage production, lead teams, and ensure the final product reflects Alterra’s standards of excellence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience
Landscape construction
Outdoor living construction
Landscape design/build
High-end residential projects
Strong project management ability
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
Experience managing large, high-margin projects
Ability to lead independently within established systems

Strongly Prefer 4 Year Degree In:

Construction Management
Landscape Architecture
Horticulture
Related field

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Structure

Base Salary: Approximately $80,000
Performance Bonus: Approximately $75,000–$120,000+
Based on division profitability and performance
Truck Expense Allowance
