Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role combines exceptional customer service with efficient hotel management, ensuring each guest's stay is memorable and seamless. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide expert assistance to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster guest loyalty and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Shifts Hours:

Mornings 6am-2pm

Evenings 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all needs are met with a positive attitude.
Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
Assist guests with local information, amenities, and special requests to enhance their stay experience.
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette while managing guest relations professionally.
Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of guests and staff at all times.
Maintain organized records of guest information, reservations, and billing details for smooth operations.

Experience

Previous hotel experience or customer service background in hospitality management is highly preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
Experience with front desk operations, including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of hospitality management practices and guest relations techniques.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone etiquette to foster positive guest interactions.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
