Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Intelligence

Career Opportunity

This position offers a unique opportunity to build and shape the Company’s Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence capabilities. Working directly with the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure to the Company’s operations, strategy, and executive leadership.

Position Summary

The Corporate Manager of Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the Company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business analytics activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role serves as a strategic business partner to leadership by providing timely financial insights, supporting operational decision-making, and helping drive profitable growth.

This is a newly created position designed to strengthen the Company’s financial planning capabilities while expanding the use of business intelligence, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) within the Finance organization.

What You'll Do

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
Create management reporting, KPIs, variance analysis, financial models, and business scenarios.
Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
Build dashboards and improve the quality, visibility, and usefulness of financial and operational data.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and planning using business intelligence, data analytics, and AI tools.
Support capital planning, strategic initiatives, ERP improvements, and cross-functional projects - translating complex information into practical recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Interest in using AI and data analytics thoughtfully to improve business processes and decision-making.
Manufacturing experience is preferred; CPA, CMA, MBA, or another advanced credential is a plus.
A collaborative, accountable approach with initiative, sound business judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
