Account Executive — High-Ticket Construction Sales (Closer)

100% Remote (Forever) · W2 Base + Uncapped Commission · Full-Time

Location: 100% remote (US) · Eastern or Central time strongly preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

THE OPPORTUNITY

Here's the situation: our marketing engine generates more warm, qualified demand than our current team can close. That gap is exactly why we're hiring — we need experienced closers to turn that demand into signed partnerships.

We 10×'d our revenue last year and are on track to support 1,500+ clients in 2026. We've been recognized by the U.S. Congress, won multiple industry awards, and our top closers are pacing $200K–$250K.

This is a high-ticket closing seat with a real W2 base, uncapped commission, and a book of business that compounds year over year. Your pipeline starts warm — the demand is already there; your job is to close it. If that's the room you want to be in, read on.

A real base — not commission-only. You get the stability of a genuine W2 base plus uncapped upside. That combination is rare for a closing seat, and it's deliberate.
A marketing engine that feeds you. Our marketing generates a strong, steady flow of warm, qualified leads, so your pipeline starts warm and your energy goes into closing.
Genuinely high-ticket. Average contract value around $29,000 — consultative, decision-maker sales, not transactional volume.
A book that compounds. You own the relationship through onboarding, check-ins and annual renewals, so your income builds year over year.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Convert warm, marketing-qualified leads into annual hiring partnerships (~$29,000 ACV) across a 2–3 call cycle, with a two-day to two-week close.
Secure payment on the call — comfortably and professionally — directly with decision-makers.
Own your HubSpot pipeline end to end with zero hand-holding: clean data, clean forecast, clean commission.
Build rapid, authentic rapport with contractors, construction owners and corporate buyers.
Manage the full relationship lifecycle: onboarding handoff, 45-day check-ins and annual renewal support.
Cultivate a referral pipeline by becoming a trusted advisor to your book of business.

WHAT WE NEED (NON-NEGOTIABLES)

3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals — five-figure contracts, not transactional volume. Closing, not pitching.
Multi-call sales experience — you understand deal velocity and can hold urgency across a short cycle.
Advanced CRM ownership (HubSpot or Salesforce) — your pipeline is your P&L.
Money confidence — you discuss price, ROI and payment without flinching.
“Cracking the card” — you've taken payment over the phone and you don't apologize for it.
Small-team DNA — you've thrived in high-growth, fast-changing environments, not Fortune 500 bureaucracy.

A construction background — selling to contractors, the trades, or adjacent industries.
Remote closing experience.
Based in CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, MA, MO, NJ, PA, TX, WI, where much of our prospect base sits.
Experience in recruitment, staffing or HR-tech sales.
