Full Job Description

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining a neat and organized lobby area - Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner - Knowledge of POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Understanding of restaurant or hotel operations - Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the team Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
