JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager, Brand Strategy who is curious, collaborative, action-oriented, and ready to help shape what’s next for Pizza Hut. If you’re a go-getter with a positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and passion for people, modern experiences, partnerships, and pizza, bring your initiative and tenacity to the PH U.S. team.

This role will help bring Pizza Hut’s menu, value, and innovation strategies to life through strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and clear storytelling. You’ll support product launches, test planning, go-to-market readiness, and performance analysis — working across teams like Insights, Operations, Tech, Finance, Supply, Culinary, CRM, Communications, Media, Procurement, and Franchisees.

The ideal candidate leads with Smart, Heart, and Courage — thinking big, collaborating well, learning quickly, building trust, taking action, and staying focused on results.

Must be based in Plano, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support menu, value, category, and brand initiatives from idea through execution.
Help manage timelines, workstreams, and key milestones across product launches, test markets, box strategy, and value platforms.
Support go-to-market readiness, including site merchandising, pricing setup, product information, communications, and launch coordination.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are easy for customers to understand and easy for restaurants to execute.
Help develop test plans, align KPIs, gather inputs, and synthesize results into clear recommendations.
Contribute to business cases, presentations, and post-launch analyses through data, insights, and storytelling.
Serve as a connector across teams by helping create clarity, build alignment, and keep work moving.
Bring a customer-first mindset to identify friction points across the menu, digital, value, and ordering experience.
Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and industry best practices to inform future innovation.
Operate with ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action in a fast-paced QSR environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to work from the Plano, TX office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, category management, product development, QSR, CPG, retail, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and insights into action.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Consumer-insights minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Passion for people, modern experiences, partnerships, and pizza — and a desire to help move an iconic brand forward.

Salary Range: $89,300 to $95,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
