This is not a typical healthcare office, and this is not a typical job.

We are looking for one exceptional person to be the doctor's right hand, someone who takes full ownership of clinic operations so that our doctor can focus entirely on patient care and practice growth. This person will be trusted with the full day-to-day responsibility of running this clinic. They will know everything, manage everything, and protect the mission of this practice so it can serve more families and make a greater impact in our community.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Full daily clinic operations: scheduling, phone calls and email, patient flow, team coordination, and the patient experience from first call to their wellness-lifetime care
Clinic standards: ensuring the office environment consistently reflects the quality of care we provide: clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, including leading clinic deep-clean every other week
Financial oversight: collections, payment plans, care plan management, and end-of-day reconciliation
Metrics and reporting: weekly and monthly practice statistics, dashboards, and direct reporting to the doctor
HIPAA compliance, documentation, and operational standards
Systems management across EHR System, ClickUp, Microsoft, Canva, and Google Drive etc
Vendor relationships, inventory, and facility management
SOPs: Building systems refining them, and holding the team and doctor to them

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You are a natural leader who does not wait to be told what to do. You walk into a problem and solve it. You see an unanswered email and you handle it. You anticipate what needs to happen before anyone asks.
You have worked in a fast-paced (bonus if healthcare) environment and you thrive in that pace.
You are equally comfortable building a system from scratch and holding people accountable to it.
You are warm and caring with patients and firm and clear with your team.
You understand that great operations are what allow great care to happen, and you take that responsibility seriously.

CLINIC HOURS

Monday: 7:00-11:30am, 2:00-7:00pm
Tuesday: 1:00-6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00-11:30am, 12:30-3:00pm
Thursday: 12:00-6:30pm
Friday: 9:30-2:00pm

This is a full-time, in-office position. You will need to be there for the set clinic hours, the remaining ours can be scheduled at your convenience but must be the same every week.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
