The front office is the first impression patients get of an office - we are seeking an organized professional who excels in customer service.

About Dalton Optometry

Description

Dalton Optometry is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our office.

**Responsibilities:**

Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance information and collect payments
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in all documentation
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Keep the front office area clean and organized

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills and basic office software
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
