Overview
Join our dynamic Ital Pizza team as a Floor Manager in a prestigious Fine Dining Restaurant, where excellence in service and culinary mastery come together to create unforgettable dining experiences. In this energetic leadership role, you will support the restaurant General Manager in overseeing our daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and motivate a talented team of hospitality professionals. Your passion for food, dedication to quality, and management expertise will drive the success of our restaurant, fostering a vibrant atmosphere that delights guests and elevates our brand.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to with professionalism and warmth.
Manage shift operations efficiently, coordinating staff schedules, overseeing food presentation, and maintaining smooth service flow during busy periods.
Oversee food preparation standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality control protocols across all dining areas.
Utilize company POS systems for order processing, cash handling, billing, and inventory management with accuracy and integrity.
Monitor inventory levels regularly, food and beverage stock, and coordinate with kitchen staff to minimize waste while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Train, develop, and mentor staff members on hospitality best practices, food handling procedures, and customer service excellence to foster a motivated team environment.
Enforce health and safety regulations diligently, ensuring cleanliness, proper food handling, and adherence to sanitation standards across all operational facets.
Assist in budgeting efforts by managing operational costs effectively while maintaining the restaurant’s luxurious ambiance and service standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within fine dining and casual dining environments; previous banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Strong background in food preparation, dinning presentation, and food safety protocols.
Highly experience with any POS systems such as Aloha POS . TOAST, TOAST TABLET, and Micros; cash handling experience is essential.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing potential hires, and supervising shifts.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures along with budgeting capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
Hospitality management, hotel and fine dinning experience is advantageous; previous assistant manager experience is highly desirable.
