PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with the Engineering Team to develop electronics test systems
Embedded software programming using C
Troubleshoot and disposition PCB assemblies that have failed in-process testing
Work with PCB Contract Manufacturers to refine testing and resolve issues
Perform validation testing on new products and write test reports documenting test setup and results
Work with Manufacturing and Test Engineers to develop in-house test systems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

An associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, in progress, is acceptable

Post HS Trade School Certificate in Electronics

A high school diploma is required

Experience/Skills

Experience operating electronics test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and Frequency Counters
Experience reading and understanding schematic and wiring diagrams
Ability to perform physical tasks such as wiring systems and building test fixtures
Soldering experience
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and detailed knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with embedded microcontrollers and programming languages is a plus
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Must be a good communicator – verbal and written

ORGANIZATIONAL REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to Senior Level Engineer

LOCATION

The position resides at the Accutrol Factory in Danbury, CT.
