Salon Experience Coordinator
Adam Broderick Salon & Spa | Ridgefield, Connecticut
Be at the center of an uplifting guest experience
At Adam Broderick, the experience begins before the first touch—and continues through the final thank-you.
We are looking for a warm, polished, and naturally attentive Salon Experience Coordinator to help bring that experience to life. This is not a traditional front-desk position. It is an active hospitality role for someone who enjoys being present on the salon floor, anticipating needs, supporting a talented team, and making people feel genuinely cared for.
For forty years, Adam Broderick has built its reputation on exceptional craft, thoughtful hospitality, and one team working to one standard. As a Salon Experience Coordinator, you will help connect every part of the guest journey on the salon floor—from the welcome and warm handoffs to home-care recommendations, checkout, and farewell.
What you will own
The welcome
- Recognize and warmly welcome each guest upon arrival.
- Help guests settle in and feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
- Coordinate reservations and respond to guest needs with accuracy, warmth, and confidence.
- Offer beverages, amenities, and thoughtful touches that make the experience feel personal.
The guest journey
- Remain visible and engaged on the salon floor.
- Escort guests through the salon and create warm, personal handoffs between coworkers.
- Anticipate timing, comfort, and service needs throughout the visit.
- Notice opportunities to personalize the experience and create memorable moments.
- Help guests move through the salon without feeling rushed, uncertain, or unattended.
The team experience
- Support salon providers with guest transitions, timing, communication, supplies, and daily needs.
- Help the salon floor remain composed, prepared, polished, and welcoming.
- Communicate proactively so providers and support team members know what is happening and what is needed next.
- Work alongside the salon support team to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.
- Contribute to a culture of high touch, high standards, positivity, and teamwork.
The close
- Receive guests following their services and confirm that they are happy with their experience.
- Support home-care and product recommendations made by service providers.
- Complete checkout and future reservations accurately and graciously.
- Resolve questions or concerns with empathy, good judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated, confident, and ready for what comes next.
You may be a great fit if you
- Genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
- Notice details and anticipate needs without always being asked.
- Communicate warmly, clearly, and professionally.
- Enjoy supporting both guests and coworkers.
- Take pride in creating an organized and beautifully presented environment.
- Are comfortable moving between hospitality, reservations, floor coordination, retail, and team support.
- Believe exceptional service is created through consistency, thoughtful details, and genuine human connection.
Experience we value
Experience in a salon, spa, boutique hotel, or another high-touch hospitality business is preferred—but we are also open to candidates with strong transferable service experience.
Additional strengths include:
- Familiarity with haircare, cosmetology, wellness, or beauty.
- Experience supporting guests in a fast-paced environment.
