Position: Front Desk/Night Audit

Company Name: Hotel MTK, Mt. Kisco, RGH Hospitality

Hiring Range: $17.50-19.50 per hour, Plus monthly monetary performance bonus

Schedule: Full Time

Position Details:

Our Front Office Team is responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring that their stay is Excellent. This position is a highly visible hospitality position that involves greeting our guests, checking them in and out, making reservations, handling cash, and maintaining knowledge of the facility and surrounding area to guide and assist our guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in guests: The front desk agent is the first person guests interact with when they arrive at the hotel. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in, and providing them with room keys and other essential information about the hotel.
Handling reservations: Front desk agents are responsible for creating and managing reservations, according to hotel policy.
Managing payments: Front desk agents also handle payments and billing for guests, including collecting payment for rooms, meals, and other hotel services.
Providing information and assistance: Our Front Desk team provides guests with information about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. You may also be asked to assist guests with transportation, restaurant recommendations, etc.
Maintaining records and reports: Front desk agents maintain accurate records of room occupancy, guest information, and financial transactions according to hotel policy.

Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience working as a hotel front desk agent preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
Availability to work varied shifts, according to the needs of the hotel. This includes weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays.
