Join a Growing Technology Solutions Provider

Turn-key Technologies (TTI) is a leading technology solutions provider delivering networking, cybersecurity, physical security, infrastructure, and managed services to education, enterprise, healthcare, and state and local government organizations across the United States.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, TTI helps organizations modernize and secure their environments through industry-leading solutions in networking, cybersecurity, physical security, structured cabling, data center infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our presence into the Greater Knoxville, Tennessee area and are seeking two motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping organizations solve business and technology challenges.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-up on marketing-generated leads. Your primary objective is to identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for TTI's sales team across our portfolio of technology solutions and services.

Successful candidates are energetic, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating conversations with IT decision-makers and business leaders.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and other communication channels
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls and emails per day to targeted prospects and provided leads
Qualify opportunities based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines
Schedule meetings for TTI account executives and technical specialists
Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and inbound inquiries
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM systems
Assist with lead generation and business development initiatives
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve growth objectives
Consistently meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of two years of business-to-business sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or lead generation experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional phone presence and confidence speaking with executives and IT leaders
Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining detailed records
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Interest in technology, cybersecurity, networking, or related IT solutions is highly desirable
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable to performance goals

Performance Expectations

Maintain a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales team
Consistently achieve monthly activity and appointment-setting goals
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up processes
