Operations Manager

Miami, FL · Full-Time · In-Person

An e-commerce company in Miami is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce, social media driven company in the beauty industry.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on building organizations. Someone who enjoys creating systems, developing leaders, improving execution, and establishing the operational foundation necessary for sustainable growth.

Working directly alongside the CEO, this individual will lead day-to-day operations across the business while helping guide the company through its next stage of growth. They will be responsible for driving accountability, improving communication between departments, developing operational processes, and ensuring the organization remains aligned as it scales.

The ideal candidate has significant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record within e-commerce environments. Experience helping scale an e-commerce business through periods of rapid growth is highly valued, as this individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's journey from seven to eight figures and beyond.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, communicates effectively, and takes pride in creating structure, clarity, and results.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the business across multiple departments
Manage and develop team leaders while fostering accountability and high performance
Build, improve, and maintain operational systems, processes, and workflows
Oversee project execution and ensure company priorities are completed effectively
Create organizational structure that supports growth and scalability
Improve communication, alignment, and collaboration between departments
Establish and track key performance indicators across the organization
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and company objectives
Develop reporting systems that provide visibility into business performance
In charge of hiring, onboarding, team development, and operational planning
Ensure operational excellence while maintaining a strong company culture
Handle confidential company information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of operations management experience
10 years of overall professional experience
Minimum 3–5 years of people management and leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience working within e-commerce businesses and Shopify
Experience helping scale a company through significant periods of growth
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

While operations management is the primary foundation of this position, the purpose of the role is to help to scale the business from 7 to 8 figures.
