Full Job Description

Pace is seeking a delivery driver that is an Owner/Operator/Independent Contractor with their own CARGO or SPRINTER Van in our Mobile, AL market. Join Pace's carrier network and grow your business with consistent, dedicated routes.

As a Cargo/Sprinter Van Delivery Driver in Pace's Preferred Carrier Network, you will make business to business deliveries to our customers on a multi-stop route in and around the Mobile, AL market. You must own/lease your own Cargo/Sprinter Van.

Key Responsibilities for Van Drivers:

Load scan all freight before leaving warehouse and then take to designated stores on your route
Delivery scan of each carton required at store delivery
Report all discrepancies with deliveries in real time to local operations
Perform an appropriate OS&D to assist in mitigating against claims
Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.
