Full Job Description

Yash Management is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Administrative / Leasing Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy property management office.

With over 300 residential and commercial units throughout Downtown Davenport and Downtown Burlington, Yash Management is committed to creating vibrant communities where people can live, work, and thrive. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in property management while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with leasing activities, including scheduling and conducting property tours.
Help prospective residents complete rental applications and required documentation.
Maintain resident files, lease documents, and office records using property management software.
Prepare leases, addendums, notices, and other administrative documents.
Assist with marketing available units through online listings, social media, and other advertising platforms.
Take photos and maintain accurate property listings.
Assist with rent collection, resident communications, and general office operations.
Respond to resident inquiries and route maintenance requests appropriately.
Support tenant events, community outreach, and other company initiatives.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining office organization.
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Assisting staff with other general tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or leasing experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$31,200–$33,280, based on a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
