Davenport, Washington, United States

Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly pay: $1,682–$1,766 per week
Guaranteed hours: 32
Shift: 8 or 9 hours per day, 4 days per week
Setting: hospital-based care; travel temporary assignment

Responsibilities

Assess patients, review medical history and referrals to determine rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
Deliver therapies including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities as appropriate.
Maintain detailed patient records, track progress, and communicate status to physicians, care teams, and families.
Coach patients and families on exercises and home programs; provide education to reduce anxiety and promote recovery.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team, including speech therapists and other professionals, to optimize outcomes.
Provide care consistent with patient age and developmental needs; document and participate in care coordination as assigned.
90% outpatient, 10% inpatient responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapist license (state license required).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Experience working directly with patients in a long-term care or hospital setting.
Ability to work in a hospital setting; strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care.
