Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design & Events

Job Description

Are you a creative and organized marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life—both on paper and at events?

VITO Fryfilter Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to support our growing U.S. team. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing offline marketing materials and organizing trade shows, helping us strengthen the VITO brand across the U.S. market.

You will work closely with our global marketing team in Germany, ensuring our brand presence remains consistent across all channels while bringing in your own ideas and creative input.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining design, organization, and communication in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Print Marketing

Design and create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, ads, and product sheets
Prepare print-ready files for production
Ensure brand consistency across all offline materials
Support the development of new marketing concepts and visual campaigns

Trade Show & Event Management

Plan and organize trade show participation and industry events
Coordinate booth design, logistics and promotional materials
Communicate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams

Marketing Support & Coordination

Work closely with the online marketing specialist to align online and offline campaigns
Coordinate with the global marketing team in Germany
Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with general marketing and office-related tasks as needed
Contribute ideas to improve marketing initiatives and brand awareness

Qualifications

Degree or background in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
Strong design skills with a good eye for layout, branding, and aesthetics
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (at least InDesign & Photoshop)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent English writing and communication skills are required

(Spanish language skills are a plus)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Highly reliable, proactive, and motivated
Experience with trade shows or event organization is a strong plus
