Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager (Dual Brand: Cafe Fix It & Disco Roasters)

Position Type: Full-time

Reports To: General Manager / Founders

About the Brands

Disco Roasters is our specialty coffee roasting operation focused on delivering vibrant, high-quality coffees. We supply wholesale partners, local cafes, offices, and direct-to-consumer coffee enthusiasts who appreciate craft, community, and great flavor.
Cafe Fix It is our brick-and-mortar hub—a vibrant community gathering space, espresso bar, and experiential retail environment where coffee culture meets everyday hospitality.

Operating in parallel, these two brands form a complete specialty coffee ecosystem: Disco Roasters fuels the product engine and wholesale expansion, while Cafe Fix It serves as the flagship retail showcase and consumer brand activation ground.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, proactive Sales & Marketing Manager to execute growth strategies and manage brand visibility across both Cafe Fix It and Disco Roasters.

In this dual-brand role, you will be the driving force behind B2B wholesale account acquisition for Disco Roasters while actively driving foot traffic, social media engagement, and community events for Cafe Fix It. The ideal candidate is a hands-on doer who excels at active sales outreach (prospecting, tastings, account management) while staying creatively plugged into local marketing, social media, and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Wholesale Sales & Account Management (Disco Roasters)

Active Prospecting: Identify, contact, and pitch prospective wholesale clients (cafes, offices, restaurants, specialty markets, and corporate accounts).
Tastings & Onboarding: Conduct coffee cuppings and tastings for potential partners, coordinate sample deliveries, and manage account setups.
Account Retention & Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing wholesale accounts to handle re-orders, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the sales pipeline CRM to accurately track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.

☕ 2. Retail Marketing & Community Engagement (Cafe Fix It)

Local Store Marketing: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and bounce-back incentives to drive repeat foot traffic.
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and host pop-ups, public coffee cuppings, community workshops, and collaborative events at the cafe.
Loyalty & In-Store Promotions: Oversee POS loyalty programs, menu launch materials, and in-store signage to maximize customer spend.

3. Day-to-Day Marketing & Social Media (Both Brands)

Content Creation & Social Media: Manage content calendars and daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for both brands, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, roastery updates, and cafe specials.
Email Marketing: Draft and send monthly B2B updates for Disco Roasters and consumer promotional emails/newsletters for Cafe Fix It.
Community & Local Outreach: Partner with local businesses, neighborhood organizations, and micro-influencers to build cross-promotional awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing roles (prior experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or food & beverage/CPG is strongly preferred).
Sales Drive: Comfortable making cold introductions, pitching to business owners, and following up consistently to close deals.
Digital & Creative Skills: Basic proficiency with social media management, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and simple design tools (e.g., Canva).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, friendly, and articulate—a natural storyteller who loves connecting with people.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to balance daily priorities between B2B sales outreach and cafe marketing activations.
Coffee Passion: A genuine interest in specialty coffee, hospitality, and community building.
