Job Overview

Position: Risk Management Specialist (Retention & Cross-Sell Specialist)

Location: Dan Nied State Farm – Harrisburg, NC Type: Full-Time | Salary + Cross-Sell Incentives

If you are a licensed insurance professional who excels at building relationships but hates the cold-calling grind, traditional agencies usually bury you in administrative debris.

We have fundamentally re-engineered the service role. Thanks to our automated digital infrastructure, our clients handle their own payments and ID cards instantly from their phones. We don't need you to be a receptionist.

We need an Account Miner.

You will take ownership of an established, multi-million dollar book of business. Your sole mission is to protect our recurring revenue and proactively uncover the hidden cross-sell gold within our existing client base.

What You Will Do:

When clients call for complex policy changes (adding a teen driver, buying a new house), you will execute an immaculate resolution, then immediately pivot into a holistic portfolio review.
You will audit our existing book to find "Incomplete" households—families with auto and home insurance, but zero protection for the income that pays the mortgage.
When you uncover a massive vulnerability, you will pre-frame the solution and book the client directly onto a Risk Architect's calendar, earning aggressive incentives for every Life Bridge or cross-sell secured.

You have incredibly high empathy combined with sharp analytical skills.
You love solving complex problems and turning anxious clients into raving fans.
You understand that true "customer service" isn't just answering a question; it’s ensuring a family doesn't go bankrupt because they were missing a crucial piece of coverage.
