Charity Assistant - Weekly Pay + Training

Location: Miami FL | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We’re looking for enthusiastic Charity Assistants to help deliver successful fundraising campaigns in Miami and the surrounding area. This role is perfect for people who enjoy working face-to-face with the public, being part of a team, and supporting causes that matter. No previous experience is required, we provide full training and hands-on coaching from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Engage directly with the public at charity events, retail activations, and B2C campaigns (for clients such as - Care Int, ASDF, ACLU, Easter Seals)
Represent partner charities with authenticity and enthusiasm, inspiring donations and memberships
Build rapport and deliver compelling messages that drive measurable fundraising results
Work collaboratively with team members to hit and exceed campaign goals
Develop key professional skills in communication, sales, and leadership
