Primary Care Physician - Value-Based Care Clinic | Coconut Creek, Florida

An industry-leading, physician-led primary care organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient practice in Coconut Creek, Florida.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice medicine the way it was intended—within a value-based care model that emphasizes quality over quantity, prevention over reaction, and meaningful patient relationships over rushed appointments. Physicians are empowered to focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care while supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving long-term health outcomes.

Physician-led, value-based care model
Adult outpatient practice
Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
One-hour lunch plus one hour of dedicated administrative time daily
Average of only 18-23 patients per day
No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
Collaborative care team including Advanced Practice Providers and Medical Assistants
Established patient panel with strong community presence
Streamlined credentialing process (30-45 days)
Expected start within 45-60 days

Compensation & Benefits

$235,000 Base Salary
Annual bonus equal to 16.67% of base salary
Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

CME allowance of $2,000 annually
Generous Paid Time Off ranging from 18-37 days each year

Clinical Practice

This opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy building long-term relationships with their patients while practicing comprehensive outpatient medicine.

Your focus will include:

Preventive medicine and wellness

Coordinated, team-based patient care
Longitudinal primary care for adult patients
Evidence-based, quality-driven medicine

The practice's value-based approach allows physicians to spend more time improving patient outcomes while reducing unnecessary hospitalizations and focusing on proactive healthcare.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Physicians specializing in Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice, or Internal Medicine are encouraged to apply
Active Florida Medical License or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
Visa sponsorship or ACN licenses is not available
