Full Job Description

Experienced & Skilled General Dentist – Pompano Beach, FL | Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and confident General Dentist to join our well-established Pompano Beach practice, proudly serving the community for over 40 years.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who is comfortable practicing independently, has strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality comprehensive dentistry.

Our established patient population has a significant need for treatment, including:

Crown and bridge
Restorative dentistry
Root canal therapy
Complete and partial dentures
Implant restorations and implant-supported prosthetics
Extractions and bone grafting
Implant placement
Orthodontics, including clear aligner therapy
Comprehensive and full-mouth restorative treatment

We are looking for a dentist who can diagnose comprehensively, develop appropriate treatment plans, communicate treatment effectively to patients, and provide excellent clinical care.

Dentists are encouraged to perform procedures within their individual skill set and comfort level. We also have a traveling endodontist and oral surgeon who provide specialty treatment in-office, allowing for collaboration or internal referral when appropriate. Outside specialist referrals may also be utilized based on clinical judgment.

Requirements:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
Active Florida dental license
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
Strong clinical and restorative skills
Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities
Proficiency in crown and bridge and general restorative dentistry
Experience with removable prosthodontics
Ability to independently manage an established patient base
Excellent patient communication and case-presentation skills
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

This is not an entry-level or new-graduate position. We are specifically seeking an experienced clinician who is confident in their clinical abilities, diagnoses comprehensively, and is comfortable taking ownership of their patients' care.

Schedule: 2 days per week
