Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – $17/hr + Commission & Bonuses!

Are you energetic, motivated, and great at talking to people?

Join our growing team and earn a competitive hourly rate PLUS commission and bonuses!

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Telemarketers / Appointment Setters to join our team. Your job will be to speak with homeowners who have already shown interest in our services and schedule appointments for our sales team.

!NO COLD CALLING!

You will be working with warm leads — people who have already expressed interest in our services. This means you will not be randomly calling people from a phone book or trying to convince completely uninterested customers.

$$$ Compensation & Earning Potential

$17 per hour
**$35 commission for every sale + Percentage from TOTAL sale amount **
Weekly bonuses
Monthly bonuses
Strong performers can earn approximately $3,500–$4,000 per month

The more successful appointments and sales you help generate, the more you can earn!

What You'll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to warm, interested homeowners
Build rapport and create a positive experience with potential customers
Educate homeowners about our services
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow up with interested clients when necessary

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Energetic and motivated
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Able to build rapport quickly
A strong communicator
Positive and willing to learn
Goal-oriented and motivated by bonuses and commission

Preferred Qualifications

Previous telemarketing experience
Experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish
