Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized workspace. Experience with office management systems, clerical duties, and customer support will be highly valued.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay accurate messages
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with data entry, scanning, and filing of confidential documents
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and maintaining positive client relationships
Ensure client confidentiality and sensitive information is always protected
Maintain office cleanliness and organization to promote a productive work environment

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
Effective phone etiquette and experience managing phone systems
Previous office management or clerical experience preferred
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
