Full Job Description

We are a growing company in the floral industry seeking an experienced, detail-oriented leader to join our team as a full-time Store Manager in a fast-growing location. We are looking for someone with a strong retail management background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their business, team, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage daily operations, develop employees, drive sales growth, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Lead the business with an ownership mentality focused on achieving 100% customer satisfaction
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate, and supervise team members
Create and manage employee schedules
Manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient execution
Ensure drivers are practicing safe driving habits and following company standards
Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and displays
Perform daily inventory management and product ordering
Monitor website updates and customer email communications
Ensure quality, accuracy, and correctness of all customer orders
Coordinate and oversee maintenance of delivery vehicles
Drive sales growth by maintaining current customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
Learn all areas of the operation and assist in training design, delivery, and sales staff as needed
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, production, and overall store performance

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience required
Strong retail management background preferred
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think proactively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
High attention to detail
Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule

45–50 hour average work week
60+ hours during floral holiday periods and peak seasons

Education & Experience

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years supervisory experience
2+ years customer service experience
Retail management experience

Supplemental Pay

Bonus opportunities available
