Full Job Description

Beavercreek, Ohio (Hybrid)

A growing B2B SaaS company in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) industry is seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, contributing across channels, and helping shape the future of a growing marketing function.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with another marketing team member in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, bring structure and experience to day-to-day marketing efforts, and potentially grow into a future Marketing Manager role.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize the company’s WordPress marketing website
Support SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content performance
Write and edit blogs, website content, email campaigns, and sales collateral
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
Develop social media content and support ongoing brand visibility efforts
Create graphics and visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Analyze marketing performance using tools such as GA4 and HubSpot
Collaborate with sales leadership to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
Help mentor and support a newer marketing team member
Contribute ideas and improvements across all aspects of marketing operations

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong generalist marketing background with experience across digital channels
Experience managing WordPress websites
Strong writing and content creation skills
Working knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
Comfortable working with technical products and audiences
Collaborative mindset with willingness to contribute wherever needed

Nice to Have

SaaS or technology industry experience
Experience marketing to technical or operational audiences
Basic understanding of analytics and marketing reporting

Additional Details:

Hybrid work environment
Remote flexibility available after onboarding/training (up to 10 remote days per month)
No travel required
