Weld / Robot Weld, Brake Press, Turret Press, Laser Operator, CNC Mill Operator, Powder Coat Painter

Location: Raymath: 2323 OH-55, Troy, OH 45373

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience + Shift Differential
Employment Type: Full-Time, Occasional overtime

Raymath is currently hiring motivated and dependable team members for multiple manufacturing positions across all shifts. We are looking for individuals with experience in fabrication, welding, machine operation, machining, finishing processes, laser operation, and material handling who take pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.

Open Positions

Welders / Robot Weld Operators

Perform MIG/TIG welding on metal components
Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
Inspecting quality and maintaining production standards
Read blueprints and welding symbols

Brake Press Operators

Set up and operate CNC brake press machinery
Form metal parts according to specifications
Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments
Verify dimensions using measuring tools

Turret Press Operators

Operate CNC turret punch press equipment
Load materials and perform tooling setups
Read blueprints and work orders
Ensure part quality and machine efficiency

Laser Operators

Operate CNC laser cutting equipment
Load raw materials and monitor cutting operations
Read blueprints and production schedules
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

CNC Mill Operators

Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Read blueprints, work instructions, and machining specifications
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Maintain quality standards and production efficiency

Powder Coat Painters

Prepare parts for powder coating applications
Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens
Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
Maintain a clean and safe painting environment

Forklift Operators / Material Handlers

Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products
Load and unload trucks and production lines
Maintain inventory accuracy and material flow
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

Qualifications

Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
Forklift experience or certification preferred
Experience with CNC mills, CNC equipment, lasers, welding, fabrication, or powder coating is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
