Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, this role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors or call the office.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming calls and emails using excellent phone etiquette
Schedule appointments and manage provider and office calendars
Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality
Support daily administrative and front office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred (dental or medical setting strongly preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
