Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales. Your expertise in digital tools and analytics will be essential in crafting compelling content, managing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to reach targeted audiences effectively.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for higher search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic.
Manage website content using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring site updates are timely and engaging.
Design visually appealing graphics and ad creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices for social media advertising campaigns.
Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior through web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
Monitor paid search marketing efforts, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Google AdWords campaigns, adjusting bids and ad copy for maximum ROI.
Track campaign performance through detailed web analytics reports, providing insights for ongoing improvements in digital campaign management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals, supporting B2B marketing initiatives when applicable.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing campaign setup, management, and optimization across multiple channels including paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
Hands-on experience with website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management to produce engaging digital content.
Knowledge of performance marketing techniques including paid search marketing (SEM), paid advertising campaign management, and social media advertising campaigns.
Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to generate actionable insights that improve campaign performance.
Technical proficiency in website tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and understanding of web analytics reporting standards.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; experience working within e-commerce environments is advantageous.
