Our Spa Coordinator role is a full-time position. This person will lead our Concierge Team by example, setting the expectation for an exceptional level of service of our Woodhouse guests. They will also serve as a liaison between the Concierge Team and Leadership Team, facilitating the flow of information in both directions.

The ideal candidate for the Spa Coordinator will possess:

Exceptional hospitality/guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Administrative skills for scheduling appointments, checking emails, operating our point-of-sale system, etc.
Physical strength and stamina to walk or stand for periods of time as the job may require
Organizational and time management skills: detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to oversee many projects at one time
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn new things
A schedule with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Key Job Responsibilities:

“WOW”ing our Woodhouse guests
Opening and closing the spa
Training new Concierge team members
Answering phones and scheduling guest spa experiences
Greeting, checking in/interacting with guests
Checking out guests and ensuring their satisfaction
Resolving guest complaints
Selling gift cards and retail items
Tiding/organizing/stocking spa quiet rooms, changing lounges, retail boutique and front desk supplies
Assisting with laundry
Ordering and serving guest lunches; setting up for spa parties
Serving and restocking guest beverages and snacks
Misc. spa errands, as needed
Upholding a clean, quiet, welcoming spa environment
