We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, overseeing food services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing menus, managing inventory, and supervising dietary staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting inspections, and ensuring a clean and safe food environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the dietary department, including planning, organizing, and supervising dietary staff.
Develop and implement menus that meet patient dietary needs and preferences.
Conduct inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and quality control measures.
Maintain accurate records, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean and safe food environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care.

Requirements:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
2 years of experience in dietary management in a nursing facility setting, and has completed a course of study in food safety and management.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
