Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Set-up/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Haas CNC machines and possess knowledge of set-up, programming, precision measuring instruments, and tooling. Basic knowledge of Mastercam is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to perform functions such as milling, turning, boring, facing, and threading of workpieces
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Inspect finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficiency in operating Haas controls and the ability to edit code such as feed rates and offsets
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of tooling, including hand tools for assembly and welding
- Forklift operation experience is desirable

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
